🚧 Road crews in Eastern Kentucky are struggling to clear snow due to lack of access to equipment, Gov. Andy Beshear warned.
Meanwhile, in the Deep South, New Orleans was hit with heavy rain, and South Carolina and areas south of Raleigh, NC, are bracing for a dangerous mix of ice and snow.
